- Appointed by governor, confirmed by Senate; 2019 - present.
- Entrusted as agency director and chief regulator for all matters involving real estate brokers, property managers, wholesalers, timeshare agents, and escrow companies.
- Maintain proper and effective pre-licensing and post-licensing standards.
- Serve as nationwide Subject Matter Expert for PSI Exams, provider of licensing exams to over 30 state jurisdictions.
- Make all final determinations to reprimand, suspend, or revoke licenses, and assess civil penalties, resulting from Agency investigations.
- Propose new legislation as needed and testify before the legislature.
- Lead rulemaking workgroups to implement newly adopted laws.
